We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to accept returns on all eligible merchandise, except for Final Sale items. Please read through our return policy and return process for a fast and easy process. If you send a Final Sale item back to us, we will either send it back to you with a shipping fee of $7.99 or we can recycle/donate on your behalf.
Items must be returned within 20 days from the day of receipt.
Merchandise must be in new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition.
All hang tags and clothing labels must be attached and untampered with.
When applicable, any dust bags or original merchandise boxes must be returned with the item in undamaged condition.
Shoes must be sent back in their original shoe box in new, undamaged and unworn condition. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box – place another box outside of it when you ship to prevent damage to the box.
Original shipping fees and any customs duties, taxes and VAT are non-refundable.
If we receive any COD packages, the package will be refused or the COD amount deducted from your refund.
If you received a defective item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs of receiving the item so we can make it right for you. Be sure to include your name, order number, product SKU, short description and clear photos of the defect in your message.
Please package your return items in a safe and secure manner, and preferably with insurance. We cannot offer refunds for items that get lost or damaged in the mail.

Gifts are not returnable.
Please email us at: email@example.com and we will send you a returns form to fill out. In your email, please input ‘RETURN REQUEST’ in the subject, and include the below information for faster processing:
1. Your name
2. Your order #
3. The return item(s) SKU #
For items that can’t be smooshed (ie: bags, jewelry, shoes, etc.), please use a box that’s slightly larger than the item itself and add some protective padding or wrapping around it for extra cushioning. Do not use a box that’s too large or too small where it can end up damaging the item.
If you are reusing a shipping box, make sure old barcodes, labels and addresses are blacked out or removed.
Make sure you use packaging strength tape to close up the box and all seams are reinforced. Do not use rope or twine outside your box.
Once we have received your return, please allow 7 business days for processing. We'll send out a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
The refund will be credited back to your original form of payment and depending on your banking institution, may take anywhere from 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, including orders that qualified for Free Shipping. If under the circumstance that upon your return, your original order is no longer eligible for Free Shipping, we will deduct $7.99 or actual shipping fees, whichever is greater (U.S.) and actual shipping fees (International) from your refund amount.
Discounts or Free Shipping privileges applied at the time of sale may no longer be applicable at the time of refund so the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this.
We cannot issue refunds to a different credit card other than the one used for purchase.
All ineligible returns are non-refundable.
To make an exchange for another item, please place a new order and follow the return instructions above for returning your purchase. We cannot hold exchange items at this time.
Items purchased at full price are eligible for a price adjustment within 7 days from date of purchase. Items already on sale are not eligible for price adjustments. Price adjusted items are treated as FINAL SALE, and are therefore not returnable for refund or store credit. Only 1 price adjustment is allowed per item.
