Returns & Exchanges

At the moment we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you would need to follow the returns process for a refund and place a new order.

We want you to be completely happy with your buys and if for any reason they don’t work out as expected, no worries! Returns will be handled in the form of a refund.

Just follow these simple guidelines for an easy return:

Returns Policy:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 25 days from the day you receive it. 

  • Merchandise must be new in unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition.

  • Merchandise must have all labels and hang tags in untampered condition attached.

  • Where applicable, any dust bags or original merchandise boxes must also be returned undamaged with the merchandise. A $3 fee will be charged for missing or damaged dust bags/boxes. 

  • Shoes must be sent back unworn in its original shoe box undamaged and without any postal labels. A $4 box fee will be charged if the shoes are shipped back without its original shoe box or if the shoe box comes back damaged. 

  • Original shipping fees and any customs duties fees are not refundable. 

  • If we receive any COD packages, the package will be refused or the COD amount deducted from your refund. 

  • If you received a faulty item, please contact our customer service team asap with your name, order #, product # and a clear photo of the fault within 48 hours so we can make it right for you.

Items Not Eligible for Return: 

  • Merchandise marked as Final Sale.

  • Hats, earrings, hair accessories, tights/stockings, lingerie and bodysuits.

  • Returns that are worn or damaged and without original hang tags. 

  • Returns that get lost or damaged during return shipping. 

  • Returns that are received after 25 days. 

  • Gifts are not returnable at the moment.

US Returns Process:

Returns will be charged $7.99 to cover return shipping & processing fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Step 1: Make sure your item is eligible for a return by reading our return policy above.

Step 2: Sign in to your account, select your order, select the item(s) you wish to returnand choose the reason for returning.

Step 3: Print your shipping label. A $7.99 shipping & processing fee will be charged for every return. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have multiple returns, please be sure to group them into one package to save on return fees.

Step 4: Pack up your item securely. See below ‘How to Pack Your Return’ for tips.

Step 5: Affix your label to your package and make sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it.

Step 6: Drop off at your nearest UPS location.

Please note: You may also choose to return your order without using our label, at your own expense. We strongly advise you insure your package. Return shipping costs are not refundable.

International Returns Process:

Step 1: Make sure your item is eligible for a return by reading our return policy above.

Step 2: Follow the returns process stated on your invoice (included in your package).

Step 3: Pack up your item securely. See below ‘How to Pack Your Return’ for tips.

Step 4: Drop your package off at your local post office and mail out.

Please note: We strongly advise you insure your package. We cannot refund your order or reimburse return shipping costs if the package gets lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds + Processing:

Once we receive your return, processing takes up to 14 business days. A refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. Depending on your banking institution, the refund may take anywhere from 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. All ineligible returns will be sent back to you.

How To Pack Your Return:

  • Choose a box that is slightly larger than the contents for room to add cushioning materials. Do not use a box that is smaller than the contents where you have to squeeze or stuff in order to get it to fit. Do not use a box that’s much larger than the contents where it’s mostly empty space once you place your items inside.

  • If you are reusing a box, make sure old shipping labels and barcodes are removed or blacked out.

  • For shoe returns, make sure you don’t use the original shoe box as the shipping box. Place the shoes inside the shoe box, and the shoe box inside a shipping box. Any shoes returned without its original shoe box or with a damaged box will have a $4 box fee deducted from your refund.

  • Add some cushioning around the content to keep it from sliding around and to protect it from getting squished or damaged during transit. Newspapers or packing foam work well. 

  • Tape your box shut with packing tape atleast 2” wide. Reinforce the seams. Do not use regular office tape as it is not sticky or wide enough and will not be secure during transit. Do not use rope or twine outside your box.
