How long does it take for my order to ship out?
We work hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible because we hate waiting too. This usually takes 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please see our Shipping Page for an estimate on delivery times.

I really love something but it’s sold out. Will you be restocking?
Sometimes items sell out quickly but if we’re able to get more, we do occasionally restock. Check back often for back in stock styles and for new items updated regularly. If you like what you see, get it quick before it sells out as we only carry limited quantities of each style to ensure individuality.

What does ‘Final Sale’ mean?
A ‘final sale’ item means that this item cannot be returned or exchanged. The item is sold as is and all sales are final. No refund will be given to returns that are final sale.

I’m an International customer. Will I have to pay customs duties & import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and VAT. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these fees. We have no control over customs duties and cannot predict what your charges may be. For an estimate on what possible fees may incur, check out this customs duty calculator. A Common Space is not affiliated with the duty calculator and cannot guarantee its accuracy. 
Your parcel cannot clear customs without the payment of these fees. If you choose not to pay and the parcel is returned back to us, the original shipping charges, return shipping charges and any import taxes will be deducted from your refund. 

How do I track my order?
You can track your order at any time by logging into My Account. From there

I received my order but want to return it. How do I do this?
No problem! We understand that sometimes things don’t always work out so we want to make your returns process as simple as possible. Eligible items need to be returned within 25 days from the day you receive it. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for our full return policy.

I love what I ordered but the color’s not working on me. Do you guys do exchanges?
Exchanges are not possible at this time. You would have to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want to exchange for. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Page for full details. 

Why was my order cancelled?
In very rare cases do orders get cancelled and this is only due to the item being out of stock during the time of packing in our warehouse. If your order contains multiple items and only one or a few are out of stock, we will notify you via email and you will not be charged for these items. Only items that are in stock will be fulfilled and shipped out to you. 

Do you guys offer price adjustments? 
We are happy to offer price adjustments for all items bought at full price and within 5 days of the item being placed on sale. Contact our customer service team for a request. Once approved, you will be credited the price difference back to your original form of payment within 7 business days. 
Price adjustment is valid for items that were bought at full price only. Items bought on sale are not eligible. We cannot offer price adjustments for items temporarily put on sale as a special promotions or for coupon codes.
